Other recipients of data may be: (i) other Partners, (ii) entities duly authorized pursuant to legal regulations, (iii) potential Prouvé partners, (iv) Prouvé franchisees, (v) carriers (shipping companies) providing services for Prouvé, (vi) companies organizing training, meetings, events for Partners, (vii) training companies (viii) businesses providing IT services for Prouvé. Submission of data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to begin cooperation with Prouvé. Refusing consent to process personal data implies a refusal of consent to open a Partner Account and make an Agreement.
